Can I use ForecastFollow in Metatrader of any broker? Does my MetaTrader account have to be real or does it work with demo too?

For ForecastFollow, it doesn't matter if it is a demo account or a real one or with which broker. you can add it to any MetaTrader.
ForecastFollow is not limited to a specific account type and broker.
The account number is the only information required by ForecastFollow.
