I don't receive the activation email.

Most common cases:
Email address is misspelled, examples: ".co" instead of ".com", "gmai" or "gamil" instead of "gmail".

The activation email goes to Spam or Junk folder.

There was a failure that caused email not sent at all.

Solution:
Whitelist info@forecastcity.com and support@forecastcity.com at your email provider.

Login if not already logged in, if you can't login, please reset your password here.

Go to your profile and click "Edit".

Check if your email address is spelled correctly, if misspelled, correct it and click "Save" before next step.

Click "re-send validation e-mail" in "ACCOUNT VALIDATION" section at top.


In case you still don't receive the activation email, please contact us.
