Emails are received in Spam folder.
We send notifications, reminders, offers and account related emails, which may require immediate action, so it's important to make sure emails are received in Inbox folder rather than Spam folder, and you stay informed about these events.
Add our email address to your Google Contacts.
If our messages goes to Spam folder:
In search type:
Select all the email shown
Click "Move to Inbox"
Create a filter: [Recommended]
Click the gear icon at the top-right corner, and then "See all settings"
Select "Filters and Blocked Addresses" and then "Create a new filter"
In "From" field, enter "forecastcity.com" and click "Create filter"
Under "When a message arrives that matches this search", check the box for "Never send it to Spam"
Click "Create filter"
