# I don't receive the activation email.

|| **Most common cases:**
1. Email address is misspelled, examples: ".co" instead of ".com", "gmai" or "gamil" instead of "gmail".

2. The activation email goes to Spam or Junk folder.

3. There was a failure that caused email not sent at all.

| **Solution:**
1. Whitelist info@forecastcity.com and support@forecastcity.com at your email provider.

2. [Login](https://www.forecastcity.com/en/user) if not already logged in, if you can't login, please reset your password [here](https://www.forecastcity.com/en/user/password).

3. Go to your [profile](https://www.forecastcity.com/en/user) and click "Edit".

4. Check if your email address is spelled correctly, if misspelled, correct it and click "Save" before next step.

5. Click "re-send validation e-mail" in "ACCOUNT VALIDATION" section at top.
